Set Up a Wholesale Account

Our minimum purchase is $120. The minimum for reorder is $100. Orders over $1000 enjoy a massive 5% wholesale discount.
Place an Order
After verifying your information, we will send you instructions to create an account. Once we grant you access to our wholesale system, you will be able to order online anytime.
You have to follow these steps:
- Make sure you're logged in to your account. If you're not, you won't be able to view our wholesale price.
- Browse through our selection of products and click the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you wish to purchase.
- Check over the items listed in your shopping cart. You have the option of adding or deleting the items listed by changing the item quantity and the shopping cart automatically update. Once all of the items you wish to purchase are listed in your shopping cart, you're ready to begin the checkout process.
- You will now see a display of your contact information. Make sure all the information is correct. Then click the button "Continue to shipping method" to next page.
- You will see the shipping method stated as "Free Shipping". Ignore this and click "Continue to payment method". Please noted that we will email you the accurate shipping cost and shipping method after your order has been received.
- On this page, please select "Wholesale Customers" as your payment method. By clicking this method, you won't be charged any fees and you will be able to submit your wholesale order successfully.
To get the greatest discount, the following products is allowed to mix and match designs to meet the minimum line item quantity:
Badges & Magnets, Giclée Prints, Greeting Cards, Notebooks, Pocket Mirrors and Postcards
You want to buy 500pcs, 10 different designs for the badges, then you can get 60% off. Due to the limitation of our wholesale system, please only add one of the item to the cart and type 500pcs in order to get 60% off, and so on.
Once your order has been submitted successfully, please fill out the wholesale form to specify which designs and quantity you want to purchase.
We only accept payment via Paypal. You can of course pay via Credit/Debit Card using the Paypal system. PayPal account is not required. Please be advised that all your transactions are done securely on PayPal and we do not retrieve and collect your credit card details.

If you don't have a PayPal account, we can request payments from almost anyone with an email address.
All orders must be paid for upfront. Please send payment within 7 days of receiving the invoice, otherwise order will be canceled. Buyers will be charged a 20% restocking/cancellation fee on orders that are cancelled within 30 days before delivery. All sales are final.
We reserve the right to correct or change prices without notice.
We currently do not charge any sales tax. Please note any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Orders are shipped from Malaysia, using Pos Malaysia. Orders up to 2kg in weight are sent via International Air Mail. Orders above 2kg are sent via International Air Parcel or International Surface Parcel. Postages will include a Tracking Code that can be tracked online.
Transit times may vary depending on origin and destination. It normally takes about 10-30 business days for a parcel to reach it's destination. It may arrive earlier, depend on custom clearance and transport conditions. Minifanfan is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping To Israel
We are unable to ship our products to Israel due to Malaysia doesn't have diplomatic relations with Israel. So we make another way to deliver our products to Israel. We will ship your package to Singapore and transfer to Israel by SingPost. So additional shipping fee will be charged. However, you may use the shipping address of your friend, family member or relative in a different country. We're happy to ship your order to that address and they can deliver your order to your address in Israel. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any further information.
Shipping cost will be quoted shipping prices dependent on exact weight. On orders containing heavy items or large items, we may require you to buy insurance for your orders.
Estimated Production Time
Orders will be shipped within 1-4 business weeks from receipt of order during regular season. As you know, during the holidays we will be even busier and it may take from 2-6 business weeks. For handmade products, time from order to shipping can be up to 4 business week, though it will likely be quicker than this. We do not accept urgent order.
RETURNS, DAMAGES, AND REPAIRS
Please inspect your merchandise the day it arrives. We do not accept returns on all items unless items are defective. We will replace any defective item. There is no fee for exchanges.
Due to most of the items is handmade, so the color, size and image may slightly different from the pictures in wholesale list. We do not accept returns on this reason. We only accept returns that are postmarked within 3 working days of your receipt of the merchandise. We must receive it back within 30 days of your receiving it. If not, we will not accept it and it will be refused and returned to you.
Returns requested after 7 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be packaged properly and fully insured for breakage and loss. Merchandise must be unopened and in saleable condition. It cannot be marked, tagged or in anyway unsellable to another customer.
We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We highly recommend you purchase insurance for large order, enough to cover the shipping and the order.
Minifanfan retailers must have our prior, expressed permission to use the Minifanfan name, brand, or imagery in any way. This also includes all Minifanfan designs.
Minifanfan retailers must explicitly state that the items being sold are “Minifanfan” products. All Minifanfan’s products must remain intact and sold as such. Retailers are not allowed to break up packs or sell Minifanfan’s products individually.
Minifanfan retailers are not permitted to sell Minifanfan’s products online without prior, expressed permission. Approved online retailers are only allowed to sell on the specifically approved URL. Approved online retailers are prohibited from selling via other online retail outlets such as Amazon and eBay.
