1. What is USD?
All the prices in our online store are listed in United States dollar (USD).
2. What payment methods do you accept? 
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit card payment all through PayPal. PayPal account is not required.  Please be advised that all your transactions are done securely on  PayPal and we do not retrieve and collect your credit card details. For Malaysia orders, the prices will be slightly lower if you place your order via order form
3. Do you offer Direct Bank Transfer? (NOT AVAILABLE NOW)
Yes, you can do bank transfer online via iPay88. This payment method only available for Malaysian bank accounts. Select ‘iPay88’ as your payment option and you will be redirected to iPay88’s secure page. You have to follow their instructions to complete your payment.
4. How will I know that my order was accepted? 
Once you have placed your order successfully, an email order confirmation will be sent to the email address you have entered during checkout. Check your junk mail folder if you have not received any order confirmation from us.

1. When will my order be shipped? 
All orders take 1-5 business days to be processed and shipped. For handmade items, it'll take about 1-10 business days to complete it before it can be shipped out to you. 'Business days' means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We reuse shipping materials whenever possible. 
2. Do you ship overseas? 
Yes, we ship worldwide! Unfortunately, Malaysia doesn't ship to Israel. So we make another way to deliver our products to Israel. We will ship your package to Singapore and transfer to Israel by SingPost. So additional shipping fee will be charged. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any further information. 
3. How much does shipping cost? 
- Local Shipping 
We offer free shipping via Poslaju Malaysia or FlexiPack Domestic if you order directly via our online shop. If you place your order via order form, free delivery within West Malaysia with purchase above RM80, East Malaysia with purchase above RM120. Tracking code is provided and signature required upon delivery.
- International Shipping 
We currently offer Registered Mail Pos Malaysia (up to 2kg) for international orders. Tracking code is provided and the recipient is required to sign a delivery receipt upon receiving the order. Our shipping rates are based on weight and vary by region. You will see your actual shipping costs during checkout. 
4. How long does it take for my package to arrive? 

The delivery time is approximately 1-4 business days for orders within Malaysia. For international shipping, transit times may vary depending on origin and destination. It normally takes about 10-30 business days for a parcel to reach it's destination. It may arrive earlier, depend on custom clearance and transport conditions. Minifanfan is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.

5. Do you offer Expedited Shipping? 
If you need the order urgently, do contact us for an alternate priority shipping method.  Additional shipping charges will apply.
6. How can I track my package? 
We will email the shipping details to customers once the items are sent. All Poslaju, Registered and Expedited packages need to be signed for upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the postal service will leave a notification with further instructions for pick-up or re-delivery, and it is the customer's responsibility to follow through in obtaining the package. Any packages that are returned to us for insufficient address, or are unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping fees.

1. Can I get a refund or exchange? 
Refunds or exchanges will be accepted if: 
- Just contact us within: 14 days of delivery
- Returned items should be unused and unopened 
- The item was not accurately described in the listing or if there is a defect 
- The order was not purchased on sale
- Ship items back to us  in its original unused condition within: 30 days of delivery
2. Who should pay for return shipping costs? 

Buyer should pay for the return shipment. Please pack the product in its original packaging. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

3. How does the refund work? 

Once a qualified refund is received, please allow 7 business days for a refund to be processed. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

Any packages that are returned to us for insufficient address, or are unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping fees. We also accept refund and it  will be processed minus shipping and a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be applied to all returns. (Unless it is our mistake)
MISSING / DAMAGED ORDERS     back to top

We apologize for any problems that may have occurred with your order. Unfortunately once an order has left our studio for posting there is very little we can do. Minifanfan is a small business, so we cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. we will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to resolve the issue. Please contact us within 3 days upon receiving your order, or email us immediately if your order has not arrived after 25 business days. Please send us the physical evidence so we can present to the courier in order to file a claim. In the case of a lost/ damage/ refund claim being filed, it can take about 1 to 3 months to be resolved. We are unable to make any refunds until the courier has refunded us for the insured amount claimed. 

We do not accept cancellation of goods unless there is a defect in the product. Please keep in mind that you cannot cancel the confirmed order once you have pressed the “Confirm” button to confirm the purchase order.

GIFT WRAPPING     back to top
Multiple items within an order will be presented as one gift package. We will wrap up to 5 items in one gift wrapping package for $5.00. Over 5 items will be charged an additional $5.00. If you've chosen to gift wrap multiple items with the same ship-to address, please select the total number of items you would like gift wrapped in gift wrapping section. If you desire to send packages to separate addresses, you need to create an individual order for each address.

1. What do we do with your information? 
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

- How do you get my consent? 
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. 
- How do I withdraw my consent?

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service. 
4. Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. 
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
